If you want a guitar that gives you the sound of 60's surf and psychadelia, the new 60's Fender Jaguar in fiesta red is a must have. First released in 1962, as a feature-laden top of the line model, the Jaguar was adopted by surf rock and punk guitarists due to its wide range of tone options.

Vintage Sound

With a pair of American Vintage '65 pickups and period specific hardware this guitar really does get you as close as possible to the original 60's classics. With well-rounded tonality you can get a great clean sound and the short scale makes string bending easy and when you turn up the gain there's no shortage of bite to the tone.

Tonal Variety

With 4 switches, 2 tone wheels and 2 control knobs you have a really wide range of sounds to choose from. The familiar master volume and master tone controls are partnered with 2 separate circuits (1 for lead, 1 for rhythm), switches to turn each pickup on or off and separate volume and tone wheels for the neck pickup it helps cut down on the need for guitar changes on stage.
