Fender Custom Shop LTD Poblano II Strat REL - Aged Olympic White 

It’s the return of the Ancho Poblano Strat, with tone as large as Texas and updated sky-high features to boot. Ancho Poblano pickups are specially designed to deliver spicy expressive tones that get progressively hotter from neck to bridge. The middle and neck pickups are distinctively calibrated from string to string for enhanced solo work, while the flat-pole bridge pickup delivers a powerful musical punch. Each pickup is hand wound and potted with secret “Custom Shop sauce” to curb microphonics while preserving open-yet-focused tone.

The alder body is treated with a Relic lacquer finish to recreate years of playing wear. A quartersawn maple neck with 1950 Blackguard “U” profile yields a chunky baseball bat feel coveted by discerning players, while jumbo frets adorn the 9.5”-radius fingerboard. An eight-hole single-ply black phenolic pickguard is outfitted with a Fullerton-style aluminum control plate, with knurled chrome volume and tone knobs, five-way switch and vintage modified #2 wiring with tone-saver bleed. Other features include a Custom Shop vintage synchronized tremolo, vintage-style tuning machines, bone nut, and wing string tree with metal spacer. Includes deluxe hardshell case, strap and certificate of authenticity.
