史蒂文·柯蒂斯·查普曼簽名款吉他 (SCCSM) 的設計靈感源自史蒂文的 714 型號，採用印度玫瑰木背側板、煙草漸變色雪松面板和印度玫瑰木側背。鑲嵌圖案來自查普曼的女兒瑪麗亞的一幅畫作。琴頭鑲嵌一朵藍色單瓣花，指板第 12 品處鑲嵌一隻珍珠母貝蝴蝶，旁邊是瑪麗亞親筆書寫的「SEE」字樣。
